Tammy Lynne Romer, PhD(c), spent years writing for others as a marketing strategist while traveling her own Self-Love journey. Before writing Love and Kale™ a painful and unstable childhood set her upon a global quest to find validation and love. 

Little did she know, as she struggled through two divorces, a life-time of career ups-and-downs, a burnt out adrenal system, and the ultimate diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, that the answer she sought, the truest of all loves, was within her all along. 

Once she made this discovery, she committed herself to helping ALL women find, nurture and a hold-on to their own Self-Love.
